Big Head 2016 Red is no exception as Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon are blended into this Italian inspired creation, using the ripasso and apassimento style. Beautiful aromas of dark plum, raspberry, cut grass, a hint of asparagus, pepper and oak fill your glass. Long finish with a full body, this well-structured wine reveals red cherry with strawberry finish, crushed peppercorn, vanilla, a trace of green pepper and oak.
